Extern is operating a Janus Justice Programme for young people aged 12-23 years who are involved in offending behaviour in the community. Through a tailored intensive one-to-one intervention, support is provided to the young person who is at risk of reception into custody or at risk of an escalation of their offending/ anti-social behaviours.
